Our Customization Process: From Idea to Sample

We have streamlined our process to make custom bag creation simple and efficient:

1. Design & Consultation: Share your artwork, sketches, or images along with your size and material requirements. Our team will confirm all details with you.

2. Quotation: Within 24 hours of finalizing the design, we provide a transparent and competitive quotation.

3. Payment & Invoice: Upon agreement, a professional merchandiser sends a Proforma Invoice for payment.

4. Sample Development: The sample creation process ensures your design is perfect before mass production.

   • Paper Model (3-5 days): The first step to verify proportions and structure.

   • First Sample (Test Sample): Created with stock materials for you to check the size, design, and functionality. (2-3 days after paper model confirmation).

   • Second Sample (Final Sample): If no changes are needed, we proceed to the final sample, made with your specified materials. (3-5 days after test sample confirmation).
